Anahita Brahmbhatt
Co-Founder
Anahita is a researcher and developer based in Ahmedabad and London. Currently, she works as an ESG strategist in a real estate development company based in Ahmedabad. Her work operates in the realm of land, economy, strategic planning as well as climate innovation. Anahita has previously worked for David Chipperfield Architects in London. Currently she is working on multiple commercial, residential as well as hospitality projects. Her Masters research thesis at the Architectural Association - ‘Strikethrough Wasteland’ is an ongoing body of work that formulates an alternative policy, design and research framework for better land use planning and development in Gujarat.
Sahir Patel
Co-Founder
Sahir’s work operates at the intersection of research, land design, and ecological planning. His project - ‘Turbulent Displacements’, is an ongoing body of work that addresses alternative imaginaries in relation to large scale water / land infrastructure and policy in Gujarat. Sahir has previously worked as a researcher in Territorial Agency based in London. He is the founder of Metabolic Office based in Ahmedabad which has been working on land management projects in Gujarat. His office works in master planning, permaculture, rewilding, water management, landscaping as well as real estate projects. He uses integrated and whole systems thinking to respond to existing climate, topography, water, ecology and social conditions to optimise their relations to design ecosystems that are bio-diverse, resilient, and productive.
Aakash Shah
Chief Technology Officer
Aakash Shah is an engineer and developer based in Germany and Ahmedabad. He works at Neptune Textile Mills, a medical textiles company in Ahmedabad. He has a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Hochschule Furtwangen University, Rottweil, Germany. He has previously worked at the Institue for Microsystems Technology as a researcher. He has a passion for environmental engineering and aims to regrow the arid regions of India.
Monica Laliwala

As a seasoned retail practitioner with three decades of experience, I’ve witnessed consumerism surge exponentially. However, I believe that the impact of excess will soon reverberate through future generations. My mission is to leverage my financial acumen, large group management skills, project management expertise, and analytics know-how for a greater purpose. I hold a master’s degree in Mass Communication from Sophia College, Mumbai. Armed with this education, I aspire to establish businesses that embrace sustainable practices, fostering conscious and ethical income generation. Additionally, I aim to inspire India’s youth to think sustainably. Together, we can create a brighter, more responsible future.
